JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Product Knowledge: Make sure clients are aware of the advantages and worth of the company’s goods and services by giving them thorough information.
  • Feedback management: To help enhance services and promote customer-centric activities, keep track of and report consumer feedback.
  • Support through Collaboration: To effectively address client demands, collaborate with internal organizations, such as sales and technical support.
  • Possibilities for Upselling: Determine how you might suggest extra services or enhancements in accordance with client needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer support.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Attributes:
    • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
