JOB DESCRIPTION

Greet and serve walk-in customers providing high level service through product knowledge and based on the set procedures

Take part in the opening and closing duties in compliance with the norms and internal procedures

Maintain and report all records such as; the daily training, taste panels and wastage forms and report any complaints or operation issues to the Manager

Ensure all operation details are clearly communicated to the team as part of maintaining a proper handover process detailed in the log book

Place orders with the Stock Keeper for the necessary products in accordance with the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.

Maintain a clean atmosphere by putting in place hygienic measures like a “Clean as you go” strategy and maintaining the counter display’s cleanliness.

Process the orders that waiters give you, make sure they follow serving guidelines, and deliver them to customers within the allotted serving time.

Accept daily orders, inspect the products to make sure they meet the requirements, place them in the presentation fridge, and replace them as needed while upholding standards for presentation and hygiene.

Take in and get ready order takeout, ensuring that they are packaged in accordance with standards, and accepting customized requests from clients

Accept and manage cash payments, including exchange and financial transactions, adhering to the established guidelines
