JOB DESCRIPTION
- Processing of daily banking and generating receipts on System with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintaining Accounts Receivable function including AR Aging reports to track the outstanding invoices and follow up.
- Create monthly cash flow reports and bank reconciliations for landlord accounts.
- Create precise revenue statements for rental properties owned by landlords.
- To guarantee that financial data is aligned, work together with property managers.
- Responding to inquiries from tenants (SOA, approved payments)
- Oversee owners’ association accounts’ financial operations in accordance with legal specifications.
- Provide analytical and financial information to help landlords make decisions.
- Keep your owner association’s financial records and paperwork organized.
- helping with yearly property service charge audits and communicating with the property manager and service charge auditors to make sure everything is finished according to best practices.
- As directed by the management client, ad hoc activities and initiatives
- to assist with everyday operations and activities while working with a group of accountants.
- Verify adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial restrictions.
- Understanding of VAT and Audit
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance
- Sound knowledge of an all-round nature with regards to accounts. The book entry process of clients/investment companies is highly desirable
- Fluent English speaker.
- Knowledge of OA
- Experience with reconciliation of accounts
- Knowledge and experience of monthly closing
- Excellent reporting skills
- Great organisation & communication skills
- Ability to communicate well across all levels of the business and with clients
- Strong team player
- Ability to learn and work well to deadlines
