JOB DESCRIPTION

– Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
– Oversee team processing client invoicing, receipts and receivables and prepare payment cheques, bank transfers etc. as required.

– Create and keep up-to-date management reports and MIS, VAT reports, and vendor and supplier reconciliations; prepare and submit the returns.
– Verify that the accounts payable and receivable for clients and suppliers are current.

REQUIREMENTS

– 30 years old and below.
– Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
– Must have at least 4 to 5 years as Chief Accountant in UAE with Real Estate Experience in Dubai.
– Must hold Chartered Accountant certification or equivalent.
– Knowledge of real estate accounting principles and RERA, DLD procedure knowledge are an advantage.
– Should have a good knowledge of Accounting Standards and UAE practices.
– Experience in month end / annual closing books.
– Must possess a strong knowledge Cloud ERP, Netsuite, Sap etc.
