JOB DESCRIPTION

• Scan the items, register the sales, and process transactions using the required mode of payment.
• Ensure proper rates / denominations of currencies are communicated to the customers.
• When necessary, check the currency’s security.
• Deliver first-rate customer service at all times by helping the customer in a timely and professional manner.
• The currency unit should be installed, maintained, and returned at the end of each day.
• assume all accountability for ensuring the safety of their assigned counter, money, and other valuables.
• Make sure the cash counter is always stocked with bags, a card reader, and stationery.
• Observe the procedures for cash reconciliation, opening, and closing.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
• Adapt in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent listening abilities.
• High attention to detail.
