JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure that individual Sales Targets where applicable are met.
  • To understand the Customer in relation to his parts requirement.
  • Quickly identify the parts through the FAST retrieval system or the EPC.
  • Proper communication with the Customer in relation to availability of parts and prices.
  • Give quotation based on customer requirement.
  • Make sure that the consumers’ requested things are eventually provided. To arrange the parts for the customer, follow up with the warehouse.
  • Respond to phone calls about parts and, if necessary, create quotes. Respond to CRM inquiries and calls.

     

  • Prepare parts estimates to W/shop if requested.
  • For customer orders, communicate via phone, Whatsapp, or email.
  • Analyze parts requisitions for lost sales based on workshop/counter quotes and parts requests.
  • Participate actively in the segment’s sales promotions.
  • Make suggestions for work process improvement. At work, practice kaizen.
  • Verify compliance with N-CAM, AS-Dos, and ISO procedures.
  • Keep accurate records for your sales.
  • Keep up with the customer database.
  • When interacting with customers, adhere to the Nissan Standard procedure (N-POT).

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years in the Parts Business at Sales level
  • Computer & Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Spoken Arabic is an advantage
