JOB DESCRIPTION
Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Help with the recovery and storage of luggage. Carry visitor bags to and from the authorized bell area or guest rooms. Help visitors and guests get in and out of cars, including helping them load and unload their bags. Give directions to visitors. Plan guests’ or visitors’ transportation (such as a taxi, shuttle bus, or limousine/sedan service) and note any requests for transportation in advance. As needed, dispatch valet or bell personnel. Explain parking regulations to visitors and guests. Check in with visitors to make sure their needs or issues have been satisfied.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: Less than 1 year supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None
