JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure staff is working together as a team. Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies. Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Any customized banquet event arrangements should be responded to and attempted to be fulfilled. Assemble the banquet space or room, making sure everything is tidy and that the furniture and equipment are arranged correctly. Examine and maintain table arrangements for neatness, cleanliness, and compliance with company and group standards. Address any issues. Record relevant information in the logbook of the relevant department.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
