JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Manage assigned staff in the BOH, ensuring adherence to established production procedures, safety protocols, and food safety standards.
2.Oversee inventory control for the assigned area, including stock levels, deliveries, and non-contracted items. Conduct regular inventory counts and initiate requests for new items to maintain optimal stock for the team’s production needs. Report any stock discrepancies to the Store Supervisor.
3.Assist in daily production planning for the assigned area, collaborating with the team and the Store Supervisor to ensure tasks are aligned with overall production goals.\
4. Monitor delivery and look for inconsistencies in the designated area. Make sure that the received items are properly documented and report any problems to the store supervisor.
5. Within the designated area, provide outstanding customer service to internal clients (other departments), swiftly resolving any issues.
6. Provide reports on items in the designated area that are close to expiring, moving slowly, and stationary. To improve inventory management, analyze information and provide the store supervisor with recommendations for fixes.
7. Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean work environment in the designated area by performing routine safety inspections and informing the store supervisor of any potential dangers.
8. Accurately and on schedule do all assigned F&B production duties. Sustain precise documentation and information for the designated region to guarantee seamless functioning and compliance with legal mandates.
REQUIREMENTS
10. Demonstrate adherence to ISO 9001:2008 quality standards and departmental procedures while performing all assigned tasks. Reflect EKFC Quality Policy in daily operations.
