JOB DESCRIPTION
In your role as Assistant Manager, Outdoors, you will help the Operations Outdoor Manager meet the goals for sales, cost reduction, and employee retention while maintaining the best possible guest experience. You will have a thorough understanding of the products and how restaurants operate. A crucial component of this position is keeping up-to-date knowledge of all rules, processes, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have five years of overall experience and a minimum two years of relevant Outdoor experience or other experience related to this field. You will have played a key role in managing teams and previous international exposure within 5-star hotel environment. Must demonstrate a clear passion for the Food & Beverage industry, guest experience and a willingness to learn in a supportive but disciplined environment
