JOB DESCRIPTION

– Assisting the General Manager in all operations and administrative activities
– Developing and implementing business strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
– Helping in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and retention efforts
– Monitoring daily operations and addressing potential issues when they arise
– Building strong relationships with customers and act as a point of contact for complaints or queries
– Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction through excellent service delivery
– Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes

– Putting company policies and regulations into effect and upholding them
– Helping with the regular report preparation for higher management
– Making sure that health and safety laws are followed
– Performing administrative duties while making sure the remaining employees have enough assistance to do their jobs well.
Helping and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams.
– Assisting employees with administration.
Assisting the general manager with daily tasks
– Carrying out market research.
– Helping front desk employees with event planning, meeting and appointment scheduling, and office maintenance.
– Setting up and reconciling customer balances.
– Creating additional accounting documents, such as invoices.
– Assisting sales representatives in managing and recording client accounts.
– Record keeping and CEO reporting.
– Adjusting the disparities in the balances of the customers’ accounts.
– Support the creation of sales strategies with the goal of achieving the highest possible market penetration.

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven work experience as an Manager Assistant or similar executive role
– Strong organizational and leadership skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Knowledge of business financial principles
– Ability to manage and lead a team
– BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
