JOB DESCRIPTION
Personally support the youth program’s team objective of offering members’ and visitors’ children enjoyable, instructive, and compassionate services in a kind and inviting setting. Establish a relationship with each parent and child who uses the club’s child activity offerings, and show genuine interest in them. Engage in routine activities including setting up a time for arts and crafts, facilitating games, reading aloud, and performing music. Encourage parents to sign up for the club’s youth programs and activities. Contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness, and upkeep of the equipment and facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
License or Certification: CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Recreation Equipment
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
