JOB DESCRIPTION
Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment. Adjust all controls, meters, gauges, etc. Find all shut-off valves and make sure they are operational. As needed, store, mark, and order components and supplies. Keep a record of your purchases and inventory. Check out machines, tools, or equipment. Using computers, enter and find information relevant to work. Run the power lift. Finish the generator and fire pump run tests as well as the life safety checklist. Examine alarm systems and sprinkler valves for fire. aid in the creation of procedures for disaster response. Attend to and respond to requests for repairs from guests.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
