JOB DESCRIPTION
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Product Knowledge: Make sure clients are aware of the advantages and worth of the company’s goods and services by giving them thorough information.
- Feedback management: To help enhance services and promote customer-centric activities, keep track of and report consumer feedback.
- Support through Collaboration: To effectively address client demands, collaborate with internal organizations, such as sales and technical support.
- Possibilities for Upselling: Determine how you might suggest extra services or enhancements in accordance with client needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Attributes:
