We are seeking outstanding people to join our Customer Service department. After completing a comprehensive training program that covers systems training and customer service techniques, you will be assigned to one of the following areas within the group: Contact Center, Marhaba Services, Dnata, or Emirates Airport Services.
Discover the thrill of working behind the scenes as a Contact Center Service Agent or in front-line customer-facing positions with Dnata, Marhaba, and Emirates Airport Services Agents. Every day, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied group of professionals, engage with individuals from around the globe, and positively influence the lives of travelers.
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Fluency in any other language is a plus
• A levels/High School certificate
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willing to work in a shift environment
• PC based skills to operate Windows package (Microsoft Word/Excel/E-mail)
• Willing to wear uniform (Front-line customer facing roles)
