JOB DESCRIPTION
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and management
- Ensure all wake up calls take place at the correct time
- Show off your familiarity with all hotel amenities and services, and when the time is right, utilize upselling strategies to highlight these offers.
- Respond to emergency calls right away and provide thorough and accurate information as needed.
- At all times, exhibit excellent customer service.
- Observe all fire, health, and safety, and hotel security standards.
- Attend the proper training sessions when necessary.
- Show that you are aware with all the amenities offered by the hotel, as well as the nearby landmarks and local attractions.
- Observe the company’s branding guidelines.
- Help out other departments as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Positive attitude and good communication skills, especially on the telephone
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Competent level of IT proficiency
