JOB DESCRIPTION
- Onboard new employees and assist in conducting new hire orientations.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ensure employee records are up-to-date.
- Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Adopt and uphold HR regulations throughout the company.
- Resolve staff inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Keep up with modifications to labor regulations and make sure you’re in compliance.
- Make sure workers are happy with their jobs and let them know about extra benefits.
- Gather and evaluate HR data to create recommendations and solutions.
- Add new hire details or employment status updates to employee records.
- Assist the leadership in creating a productive and upbeat work atmosphere.
- Updating and supervising attendance records while creating monthly summaries.
- Establish and update the HR calendar to assist with HR-related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant with knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
