JOB DESCRIPTION
- Following line manager instruction to deliver the stocks to customer as per the SOP and deliver the stocks to ONLY shop and handover the stocks to the right person, always ask them to mention their mobile no
- While collecting the stocks from Warehouse/Truck, match the physical stocks with the Invoice stocks and in case of any variance inform the store keeper at the same time
- After delivery, scan the IMEI numbers on each customer’s goods and store it in a different bag.
- Verify the quantity on the invoice and the actual stocks when the stocks are being delivered, then confirm the trade.
- After delivery confirmation, obtain a stamp and signature from the authorized trade representative.
- Deliver all stocks safely, effectively, and in time for trading; stocks must be delivered to trade by the SLA’s predetermined window of time.
- After returning after delivery, give the invoice proofs (stamped copy) to the warehouse or truck.
- Maintain a positive working connection with trade
- As soon as the deliveries are completed, go back to the original spot.
- Assist employees with inventory counts by organizing stocks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher secondary
- Basic computer literacy
- Languages English, Urdu and Arabic/Malayalam is and added advantage
- Age below 30
- Technical experience relevant to the job profile
