JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for accurately creating, entering, reviewing, editing and maintaining all inputted data, including production orders and bill of materials keyed into SAP system.

Create daily, weekly and monthly production report to include RM input, FG output, down time & ingredient loss. Investigate & report all discrepancies as necessary.

Make purchase requisition and maintain all stores of raw materials, spare parts and chiller room.

Verify & file production operators run reports.

Capacity to accurately enter and retain data related to a production environment in the SAP system.

Plan and place orders for the materials required for manufacturing and maintenance from both internal and external sources.

To guarantee that the time and utilized part data that has been recorded is accurate, maintain and update any and all maintenance jobs.

oversight and management of all warehouse logistics procedures

Workload loading, picking wave release, and picking preparation.

tracking of internal warehouse operations.

handling of refunds and grievances.

In charge of handling returns, producing supplies, and recording goods receipts into the SAP system.

Commission client orders while taking time frames and warehouse stock into account.
