JOB DESCRIPTION
- Offer a professional, well-presented and energetic service in person, over the phone or online
- Highly motivated individual with expert sales and persuasion skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating outstanding language proficiency in written and spoken English at CEFR Level B2 or above and IELTS 6 or higher.
- Make sure that throughout, a high standard of quality and meticulous attention to detail are used.
- To guarantee the deal is closed and the consumer is satisfied at every stage of the transaction, work well as a team.
- Exhibit outstanding product and service expertise and always show pride in the business you work for, our goods, and our services.
- Work within the KPIs and targets that have been specified.
- preserving profitable connections with both new and current clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree holder (Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce)
- Experienced in sales environment
- Experienced in Administration software- CRM and Microsoft Office (Minimum 2 years)
