JOB DESCRIPTION
- Compensation Management: Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, incentives and financial recognition programs, ensuring compliance with local laws & regulations. Conduct regular relevant benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the design and administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, retirement and other fringe benefits. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs, identify and deliver opportunities for improvement.
- Global Mobility: Take the lead in designing and implementing posted staff assignments and global mobility. Create guidelines and practices to assist workers who collaborate with people from other nations and cultural backgrounds.
- Employee Education and Communication: Create communication plans to inform staff members about changes to policies, programs, and benefits related to pay and benefits. Make certain that staff members have access to the data they require in order to comprehend and decide on their overall compensation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish trusting bonds with important parties, such as managers, employees, and executives, to learn about their goals and needs in regards to pay and benefits. In order to resolve issues and guarantee consistency with organizational objectives, offer direction and assistance. - Managing a team: Provide guidance, support, and growth to an HR professional team to guarantee excellent work and ongoing progress. Encourage a cooperative and welcoming team environment that encourages excellence and accountability.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent): Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP, SPHR) is a plus
Experience:
- 12+ years experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits management. Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, regulations, and trends.
- Experience working in a multi-national, multi-cultural organisation preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
