JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Acts as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
  • Reviews and revises policies and procedures to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective in achieving the goals of the department.
  • Identifies available meeting rooms, coordinating with other staff or departments, and ensuring that the necessary equipment and resources are available for the meeting.
  • Handles highly confidential information and documentation for distribution to management, employees, external candidates, and customers.
  • Helps airport services employees make travel and lodging arrangements

     

  • Helps airport services employees plan internal and external events

     

  • Assists employees in airport services with report writing, PowerPoint creation, and spreadsheet preparation.

     

  • Help prepare the employee timesheet, including the sick leave and yearly leave plans.

     

  • Create and deliver statistical reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in accordance with the requirements, such as key performance indicators.

     

  • Help advance security, safety, and health inside the flydubai operation

     

  • Upholds personnel files for employees on flydubai payroll who are stationed in Dubai and those who are not.

     

  • Maintains proper stock levels by keeping track of and recording the stationery inventory

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)

Experience Specific Requirements

  • Administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer services
  • Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) –  2
  • Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree) – 3

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal skills (eg reports, PowerPoint Presentations)
  • Excellent organizational, time, task and priority management
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft suite, email, internet)
