JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive, identify and locate stock within the stores area;
• Receipt and inspect all materials arriving on site to ensure that the items are the items ordered, of the standard required, in good order and fit for purpose. Reject all substandard goods.
• When necessary and for emergencies, pick up items from nearby vendors;
• Conduct inventory audits and oversee inventory inspections; maintain general store area cleanliness;
• To guarantee that stock levels are always accurate, note any stock moves on the inventory management system;
• Oversee all stock movements, follow up on any inconsistencies that surface, and make sure that all information, variations, and discrepancies in received stock are precisely documented and shared with suppliers and/or management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a Stores / Warehouse department.
• Maximo CAFM system experience.
• Diploma in Engineering or Computer Applications.
• Ideally a holder of a valid driving UAE license (for both manual and automatic gear) with good driving skills and experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including long periods of standing, walking throughout large scale site and work in warehouse environment.
