  • Drives, monitors and reviews sales performance and recommends action plans to deliver sales budget (Store Level)
  • Conducts monthly meetings focusing on category sales performance with the selling personnel to update category performance and recommend action plans for improvement
  • Implements strategies and ensures 100% execution of all programs to achieve sales target of all EXCLUSIVE products and submits feedback on promo effectiveness.
  • oversees and manages authorized OPEX budgets for the store (i.e utilities, wrap supply, staff cost, etc)
  • suggests and starts initiatives to maximize the stores’ allowable spending.
  • attains budget shrinkage below tolerance level by continuously observing adherence to retail operating standards (store level) drives, keeps an eye on, evaluates, and proposes courses of action to meet the agreed-upon sales budget (store level)



  • Checks and reviews the implementation of display and timely replenishment.
  • Manages availability and timely replenishment of stocks.
  • Ensures consistent, accurate and timely inventory adjustments (GAP, Cycle Counts, Negative Quantity on Hand, False Positive)
  • abides by the Brand of Service Standards consistently when interacting with clients (internal or external)
  • Guarantees that the shopping experience of clients surpasses their expectations.
  • Responds to and documents product inquiries, grievances, and expert advice in accordance with the protocol of the Brand of Service Standards.
  • drives programs and activities for loyalty members in order to reach target transaction participation.
  • motivates sales tactics to meet certain conversion or transaction rates
  • Conduct ongoing promotions, events, memoranda, and bulletins in accordance with the regular power talk criteria
  • verifies that promotional and retail activities—such as price adjustments, hero displays, and promo callouts—are implemented and carried out correctly.


Education: Bachelor or Master degree would be a plus
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:  Min 5+ years of experience in retail and team management in the beauty sector


  • Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends Retail operational skills (stock, VM, systems, cash…)  Computer skills
  • Management skills and people development
