JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube & TikTok)
• Create engaging and well written content briefs (text, images, videos) and collaborate with internal teams (copywriting, design, etc.) to create effective social media content. 
• Oversee and uphold a unified brand voice and tone on all social media platforms.
• Content should be scheduled and published in accordance with your calendar.
• Keep an eye on online discussions and interact with followers in Arabic and English.
• Utilize insights from social media data analysis to improve future strategy and content performance.
• Determine and add new features and trends to social media.
• Keep up with the most recent developments in social media and industry best practices.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Translation or PR.
• Fluency in Arabic & English
• 2-3 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts and a proven track record of success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• ​A keen eye for design and a strong understanding of what makes content visually captivating.
