JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide full secretarial and admin support to the team and department to ensure the smooth running of the Project.
- Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the team
- Create and uphold document control procedures for effective administration.
- Keep an appropriate and easy-to-use document control and filing system in place to record and monitor all departmental papers.
- Help the officers and team with their everyday administrative tasks and help maintain the department’s stationery supply inventory.
- Perform tasks related to data input, recording, printing, and filing.
- Perform any ad hoc administrative tasks or initiatives as needed.
- Organize all aspects of the trip, such as the airline ticket, hotel, visa, and insurance.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or any equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of Experience in Real Estate / Construction Companies
REQUIREMENTS
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Flexible and analytical with a keen eye for details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
