JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide full secretarial and admin support to the team and department to ensure the smooth running of the Project.
  • Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the team
  • Create and uphold document control procedures for effective administration.
  • Keep an appropriate and easy-to-use document control and filing system in place to record and monitor all departmental papers.
  • Help the officers and team with their everyday administrative tasks and help maintain the department’s stationery supply inventory.
  • Perform tasks related to data input, recording, printing, and filing.
  • Perform any ad hoc administrative tasks or initiatives as needed.
  • Organize all aspects of the trip, such as the airline ticket, hotel, visa, and insurance.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or any equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of Experience in Real Estate / Construction Companies
