JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and effectively use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
- Use retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor
- Set an example for stockroom operations by completing deliveries precisely and on time while following stock protection protocols.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of all inventory movements between stores and warehouses.
- Make sure there are enough supplies to establish a productive stockroom environment, and keep everything in and around the area (including the items) maintained at all times.
- Respect store regulations and procedures to keep a secure atmosphere for customers and employees to shop in. Seek out areas for improvement and make recommendations to store management to boost sales.
- Teach and instruct a few store team members in the fundamentals of stockroom procedures and conduct.
- Work cooperatively and politely with other team members.
- Whenever necessary, make yourself available to assist other team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
- Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
- Store Keeper Competencies
- Arabic fluency is preferable
- Airport Experience is preferable
