JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Account Responsibility- The job holder assumes complete account management responsibility, maintains effective client relationships, contract negotiating, collections and provides on site support for the Retail outlet(s)  assigned
  •  Design and propose long and short-term pricing distribution strategies to the line manager and ensure full development, implementation of the agreed strategies. Also, ensure effective monitoring & maintenance of stock for the Retail outlets assigned
  • Determine market requirements through feedback/surveys/field analysis, develop and implement solutions meeting market requirements by introducing value-added services. Evaluate survey and market feedback towards planning future training and support requirements.
  • It is advised to measure and monitor each individual account and territory in order to optimize profitability and reduce debt. Organize and carry out sales events and sponsorships for potential and targeted customers in the designated zone in order to grow the user base and meet financial goals.
  • Create and execute plans and techniques using the internal resources—budget, labor, and quality parameters—to achieve the designated sales targets. In order to attain excellence in service standards, service quality, and productivity in line with the department’s overall objectives, take a close look at business development efforts and continual process improvements.
  • Establish a monitoring system to ensure that delivery notes and invoices are effectively submitted to the client office on a regular basis and that any unpaid balances are paid according to the terms that were agreed upon.

REQUIREMENTS

   Degrees & Education: Bachelor’s Degree

·      Knowledge & Experience: Minimum 3 -5 years experience in a similar role with a Retail Industry

·      Advanced knowledge on Microsoft applications

·      Valid UAE drivers license

·      Advanced Inter-Personal skills

·      Presentable with good communication skills

·      Problem Solving, Decision Making and Customer-relationship Skills

·      Initiative and Commitment to Achieve
