JOB DESCRIPTION
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions, update ledgers, and maintain financial data in relevant systems.
- Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up for payments.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Help with the management of accounts payable and receivable, including balance tracking and reconciliations.
- Expense Reporting: Examine and handle expense reports, making sure they are accurate and in line with corporate guidelines.
- Bank Reconciliation: To guarantee the accuracy of financial data and address inconsistencies, conduct routine bank reconciliations.
- Help with Budgeting: By obtaining information and creating preliminary reports, assist the finance team with budgeting procedures.
- Report Preparation: Create financial summaries on a weekly and quarterly basis, offering management review insights.
- Compliance & Documentation: Keep track of financial records and make sure that regulations are followed.
- Audit Support: Help with internal and external audit preparation by making sure all paperwork is precise and comprehensive.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a finance or accounting role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
