  • Adheres to sales forecast and strategic plan to ensure optimization and profitability of the Business Unit
  • Provides sales forecasts and ensures that the brand/category function is informed for required actions
  • Manages sales operations, regularly monitors day-to-day operations, including checks on prospective clients, negotiations and the design of competitive sales packages
  • Frequently visits customers to take orders, confirm shipping details, and check stock levels. Keeps track of the progress of inquiries and makes regular reports, such as source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, predicted future sales, and other reports as directed by the sales manager.
  • Promotes the business to new and existing customers and gets new and repeat business by meeting new people at sales and company events.


  • Tells buyers about new products that are coming out and talks about special deals.
  • Builds a database of qualified leads through networking, email, and connections; finds and builds new customer accounts to boost sales.
  • Creates sale-related paperwork and helps with contracting tasks like making buy agreements, contracts, and more, working with the Legal department.
  • Keeps track of all the papers needed to make sure that rules and regulations are followed.
  • Clarifies things for customers, answers their questions, gives them the information they’ve asked for, and follows up with them.
  • Regularly makes accurate and up-to-date sales predictions and talks about any errors in the sales process; regularly creates sales reports and summaries
  • Assesses the customer and is in charge of any necessary background checks to make sure the customer follows the rules set by the Business Unit.
  • Makes sure that all the details for sales orders and deliveries are taken care of. Collects money from customers on time.
  • Other duties and tasks are carried out as and when management asks.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the sale of nutrition or skin care products



  • Strong English and/or Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of retail processes and industry
  • Communication skills
