JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Ensure adherence to the Quality System in all departments by conducting daily random checks as assigned and reporting on the implementation of activities and usage of forms as per procedures.
2. Report any practices taking place that are not documented in the work procedures.
3. Support the senior Quality personnel in confirming NCR’s corrective action and investigating fixes for issues that keep coming up.
4. Examine flights, meals, products, and procedures in full or in part as instructed by top Quality staff.
5. Use the roster that the Senior Quality Manager has approved to represent the senior quality staff at any time during the 24-hour workday.
6. Carry out other responsibilities related to the quality function as delegated.
7. Inform senior Quality staff of any grievances that arise during his shift.
8. Implement the ISO 9001: 2000 international standards’ Quality Policy and Quality System, and carry out all duties in accordance with the department’s work procedures while adhering to the EKFC Quality Policy.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education Qualification:
- O or A Level in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification (must have)
Work Experience:
- Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Quality Control function in an ISO-regulated environment. Should have completed minimum on-the-job training and mandatory training.
