JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process daily operation tasks according to applicable work procedures.
- Assist operators in trip planning and conduct feasibility checks.
- Help operators to optimize their flights for efficiency.
- Address any flight problems right away to prevent any delays.
- Make sure services are confirmed and delivered accurately by following up with providers.
- Keep an eye on flights and services on the schedule, and make sure confirmations arrive on time.
- Collaborate together with other Jetex teams to effectively provide the necessary service.
- Communicate succinctly and clearly with management and staff.
- Perform additional duties within the parameters of your position as directed by the reporting manager.
REQUIREMENTS
| Education | High school diploma |
| Experience | 2+ years’ experience in international flights planning |
| Skillset |
Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices
Proficiency in flight planning software and systems Familiarity with air traffic control procedures and communication protocols Understanding of weather patterns and their impact on flight operations Ability to read and interpret flight manuals, charts, and navigational aids |
