JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carry out daily administrative activities of the Commercial and Executive office while adhering to Hilton Standards, policies and
procedures. - Provide secretarial support to the Commercial and Executive team.
- Ensure all communications, particularly relating to owners, guests and the Corporate office are handled promptly and
professionally. - Take in and deliver mail.
- Make sure that the letter is sent out on time.
- If necessary, provide minutes for Executive Team Meetings and accurately and promptly create management reports essential.
- Make sure you have enough office materials on hand.
- Assist other departments as appropriate and maintain strong working ties.
- Complete all necessary filing.
- Observe all important security directives.
- Report any dangers or maintenance problems.
- Keep your workspace neat, orderly, and polite.
- Report faulty supplies and machinery.
- Verify adherence to brand guidelines.
- Respect all health and safety laws, fire rules, and hotel security protocols.
- Help with unique projects and offer assistance in planning duties pertaining to hotel and brand requirements in a timely manner.
- Organize requests for special reservations made via the Commercial Team and Executive Office.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hotels.
- Native-Arabic Speakers preferred.
