JOB DESCRIPTION
- Pack, sort and distribute documents/mail items in an organised and timely manner, ensuring this is done as per agreed guidelines and pre-defined procedures, where relevant. Highlight discrepancies or exceptions to the supervisor.
- Prepare standard documents for distribution to internal and external departments as per department requirements. This includes photocopying, collating, scanning, faxing, laminating, binding etc.
- Keep standard reports or general logs in accordance with departmental regulations, sending them for approval from management when necessary. Make sure the data is current and accurate. This covers simple data input for applications, forms, and timekeeping, among other things.
- Keep files up to departmental standards. Make sure your files are current and well-organized, and recycle or dispose of any old documents that are no longer needed.
- Make that all of the hardware—photocopiers, phones, fax machines, etc.—is operational.
- Purchase and maintain office supplies while maintaining transaction records.
- Provide standard services such typing, appointment scheduling, and client communication in addition to helping with regular office administration. Inform section employees of meetings, tests, interviews, and other matters.

REQUIREMENTS
- Administration. General administration : 1+ Year
- 10 Years schooling or equivalent :
- Experience in an administrative or office environment.
- Knowledge/skills: Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel etc.
- Other languages besides English: Arabic for EK Engineering
