JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Use inventory management tools or spreadsheets to keep accurate records of shipments, transactions, and inventory levels.
• Pay attention to making shipping papers like packing lists, bills of lading, and customs papers.
• Work with the warehouse staff to set up and make the best use of storage space and make sure that things coming in and going out are handled quickly and correctly.
• Help fix any problems or errors that come up with packages, inventory, or deliveries.
• Keep an eye on the progress of shipments and let the right people know about any changes.
• Help the logistics team with administrative jobs like entering data, filing, and making reports.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a logistics-related field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite and inventory management systems.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
