JOB DESCRIPTION

- Ensure tasks are carried out professionally, effectively and efficiently and within company standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Make sure that no decision is influenced by bias and that it complies with the company’s delegation of authority.
- Observe all H&S guidelines and directives.
- oversees the daily functioning of the organization’s network and computer systems.
- Take care of system installation and setup, troubleshooting, performance assessment, and maintenance.
- software application packaging as well as the administration and deployment of SOE images.
- System performance, security, and availability are tracked and reported.
- recording system configuration, issue resolution details, and methods.
- establishing and maintaining the hardware, applications, and system software of the networked computer system.
- identifying and fixing problems with systems, networking, software, and hardware as they appear.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in administering Office 365.
- Experience in administering Microsoft Skype and Microsoft Teams for Business.
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology.
- Microsoft MCSE certification or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience in system administration or promoted internally with adequate previous Desktop Support experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in a minimum of two unique operating systems
- Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
