JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain precise inventory records using inventory management software and Microsoft applications.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle incoming and exiting inventory, which includes product distribution, storage, and receipt.
• Work together with the store and purchasing teams to predict and control inventory requirements.
• Create and put into place inventory control protocols to maximize stock levels and reduce losses.

   

• Create thorough inventory reports, look for patterns in the data, and offer suggestions for enhancements.

   

• Make ensuring that inventory is handled and stored in accordance with safety and quality requirements.

   

• When necessary, help with the supervision and training of warehouse employees.

   

• To guarantee correct stock records, take part in monthly inventory counts and reconciliations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare inventory management.
• Certified in Supply Chain Management (CSM) or equivalent.
