JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing inventory accuracy physically and electronically
• Work closely with external and internal customers for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain and docum
• ent all customer-supplied property in safe and easily identified way
• Manage all transactions and coding on web-based data-uploading systems.
• Take care of all the transactions and code on web-based platforms for uploading data.
• Write down and record all the information about the package, such as the shipment, customs, deposit charges, and so on.
• Coordinate all actions that have to do with shipments with freight forwarders and local authorities.

   

• Work with buyers and suppliers to make sure that things bought are shipped on time.
• For smooth production, work closely with planning and production to make sure that information and materials move smoothly.
• Physically and online managing the accuracy of inventory
• Do cycle counts and regular counts of your goods.
• Take care of daily tasks related to work orders, such as ending them and sending materials to them.

FACILITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES :

• Lead and participate NOV daily management meetings
• Update management on incoming shipments and issues related.
• Update management on inventory health and position.
• Ensure all HSE requirements to facility are met and be a safety leader.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent – any discipline
• Min 3 yrs experience in a similar field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Middle East.

REQUIREMENTS

• JD Edwards Knowledge and skills
• MS office skills.
