JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Employee Onboarding: Organize and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth integration into the company by preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling orientation sessions.
- HR Documentation: Ensure that all employee contracts, attendance, and leave balances are kept up to date and that they are kept correct and private.
- Employee Relations: Provide a helpful environment by serving as a point of contact for questions from staff members about HR policies, benefits, and processes.
- Data Entry and HRIS Management: Enter and amend personnel data in the HRIS system while guaranteeing data correctness and adherence to corporate regulations.
- Administration of Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and employee benefit management, including monitoring and reporting on leave and attendance records.
- Event Coordination: To foster a positive company culture, help plan internal events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Policy Compliance: Assist with policy revisions and staff communications as necessary, and make sure that corporate rules and procedures are followed.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Language: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
