JOB DESCRIPTION

•     Ensures that all Hotel records and forms as prescribed by the Resort’s SOPs and company policies and procedures are maintained as described in the Quality Management System.
•    Is always up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensures that sales and profit are maximized.
•    Ensures that meetings are well planned and result-orientated and produce effective outcomes. Conducts frequent and thorough inspections of all Hotel operations areas.

• Ensures that all project deadlines are fulfilled and timely reported to the Corporate Office or the appropriate department. • Has access to all pertinent computer systems. guarantees the upkeep and regular updating, as needed, of all departmental operations manuals and processes.
• Holds monthly meetings for communication with the heads of each department and takes part in gatherings for business.
• Stays in constant communication to meet the requirements of both the local community and hotel visitors.
• Develops the Annual Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Executive Committee, which serves as the foundation for the upcoming fiscal year.
• Supports the recruitment and selection of Management Members who are able to carry out the Company Vision while operating under a decentralized management philosophy.
• Empowers department heads to manage their departments on their own by developing them.
• Guarantees that every Department Head and Executive Member

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

•    University Degree or Equivalent
•    Master’s Degree
•    Minimum 5 years experience in multi-property management in the leading international Hospitality industry players.

REQUIREMENTS

•    Must be fully competent in MS Office applications.
•    Must have a high degree of fluency in spoken and written English, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to prioritize work
