JOB DESCRIPTION

The task of managing the hostel’s finances falls to the hostel accountant. He will oversee all financial transactions and reporting in close collaboration with the assistant manager of finance to guarantee financial correctness and compliance. They will also support the hostel team financially and offer advice.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance or Finance
• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a large organization preferably but not mandatorily in education sector.
• Desirable:  ACCA or CPA or CMA

REQUIREMENTS

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work to deadline
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
