JOB DESCRIPTION
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, store management, & consumers.
- Create a high energy, compelling store experience for customers by engaging customers and modeling appropriate customer service behaviors to associates.
- Establish yourself as the go-to person in the store for stock handling methods and processes.
- Make sure products, articles, and supplies are received, weighed, tagged, and delivered on time.
- Work with the sales team to prepare new items for display.
- Make that restocking is done precisely and on an hourly basis.
- Handle all other procedures, including transfers, promptly.
- Keep an eye on the movement of merchandise from storage to the shop floor, and organize and manage the placement of the items.
REQUIREMENTS
- Follow daily placement of items for sale, in line with product available in stock (style, size, and color).
- Undertake inventory operations and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention and unknown mark-downs.
- Communicate on a daily basis with Stock Coordinator and/or Store Management to inform on product rotation and propose remedial measures where necessary
