JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform and document inspections of concrete work to ensure compliance with the project requirements, specifications, project execution plans, codes, and industry standards.
- Communicates effectively, preferably in English. Other languages is an advantage.
- Does daily Foreman work Report, keeps track of and logs daily site work, checks for accuracy, and turns in on time.
- enforces the rules, procedures, and standards of behaviour that have already been set at the job site.
- Put together reports from data and talk and write down results, making sure that all inspection and testing records are full and correct before sending them in.
- Organize the papers and signatures that are needed for the owner to accept it.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other Civil Construction Field
- Minimum 5 years expertise in the field of concrete repair, experience in coatings and waterproofing and/or cathodic protection of concrete is an advantage
