JOB DESCRIPTION
- Setting up, maintaining and cleaning equipment, welcoming guests, explaining programs and activities
- Will be expected to aid Guest & Members who wish to play in the Padel Court, by guiding them to the location and providing any assistance to support them.
- Support and adhere to all policies & procedures relating to Safe, Sound and Sustainable at Mandarin Oriental.
- Act as a hotel ambassador at all times.
- To carry out any additional duties requested by management, related to hotel operational activities.
- When needed, provide assistance in running the Padel Court, Fitness Reception, Main Gym, Movement Studio, and Changing Rooms areas of the Fitness Center.
- Must be able to politely engage with visitors and respond to any inquiries they may have about the spa and wellness or any other hotel-related matters.
- Help ensure that the visitors’ journey goes smoothly throughout the day.
- must show up for all required training sessions.
- Get training to make sure that the Spa & Wellness is following all applicable laws on the FLHSS, departmental SOPs, and safe, sound, and sustainable standards.
- Be accountable for carrying out the daily cleaning and safety checklists in a professional manner and with integrity.
- Must work well in a team and support all workers in the spa, wellness, and hotel as needed.
- the capacity to carry out opening and closing tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the Fitness & Wellness Manager, Fitness & Wellness Supervisor, or Senior Director of Spa & Wellness.
- Ensure a warm friendly welcome to all guests at all times & greet all guests upon their arrival.
