JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.
• Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Coffee makers, pots and pans, mixers, and other kitchen gadgets should all be cleaned.
• Deliveries are unloaded and stored.
• cleaning and sweeping floors, particularly after spills or shattered objects.
• emptying trash cans and cleaning them.
• helping with other duties as required to support other restaurant employees.
• reporting mishaps in the kitchen or infractions of food safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimal work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
