JOB DESCRIPTION

• HR Data Entry will be responsible for proactively supporting the HR Team in data entry into proprietary database.
• Particular duties include manually entering data for Amex forms and proactively monitoring data entry of uploading supporting documents.
• Tasks must be completed on time in order to achieve the project’s goals and timetable. They will be committed to the accuracy of the data and focused on the details.

REQUIREMENTS

• Computer skills/knowledge – for data entry and database navigation.
• Proactive communication skills – written and interpersonal.
• Organization abilities – multi-tasking, concise time management.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to understand urgency and accuracy to meet project deadlines.
