  • Data entry of application forms for orders, changes, and cancellations, and checking of input contents
  • Calculate invoice amounts and agency commissions, create sales data.
  • Payment clearing, backlog management and dunning.
  • Create new rules and process flows.
  • Finding inefficiencies in current processes and encouraging business development
  • answering questions both from within and beyond the organization
  • many other areas, mostly in sales, including development, information technology, labor, and legal issues.



  • Experience in billing or sales work in the SaaS industry (billing, quotation creation, order-related work, etc.)
  • Governmental knowledge, follow-ups
  • SV experience at BPO centers and outsourcers
  • Basic Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
  • Examples of domains: Accounting, payroll calculation, expense reimbursement, contract application (insurance), year-end adjustment, onboarding procedures,
  • Invoicing, etc.
  • Fluent in English, and Arabic (written and spoken)
