JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and cleanliness.
• Conduct training sessions for colleagues on service standards, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
• Engage with customers, respond to their issues, and help make their eating experience enjoyable.
• Help with managing client feedback and quickly resolving problems.
• Monitor costs, keep spending under control, and manage inventory to help achieve financial objectives.

   

• Work together with coworkers, the kitchen crew, and other departments to create a productive workplace.
• Verify adherence to restaurant standards and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Maintain food and service quality standards to satisfy or surpass patron expectations.
• Help with marketing campaigns, promotions, and special event planning and execution.
• Identify and resolve operational issues early on to keep service quality high.

REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain open and effective communication with the Restaurant Manager and other relevant departments.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
