JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets in the air and sea freight logistics sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing client relationships.
- Work with internal teams to make sure that freight services run smoothly and meet customer needs.
- Work out contracts, rates, and terms with clients and sign them to make sure you make money on business deals.
- Stay up to date on market trends, changes in your industry, and what your competitors are doing to find ways to grow and improve your business.
- Make sales reports, forecasts, and performance measures, and give them to management so they can look them over and make strategic decisions.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
– Proven track record of success in sales within the air and sea freight logistics or related industry.
– With atleast 2 to 3 years related work experiences.
– Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales and logistics management would be an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
– Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management, including knowledge of air and sea freight operations, regulations, and import or export documentation.
– Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry partners.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
-With UAE drivers license is advantage.
