JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assisting in leasing administrative work, including managing lease documentation, notice to pay and other related formalities.
• Reviewing, approving, and coordinating work permits with relevant departments and communicating with tenants.
• Managing a rented apartment from the date of handover until the opening date, doing routine fit-out checks to guarantee compliance with authorized timetables.
• Providing renters with daily operational support, resolving problems, and assisting in their resolution.
• Gathering and creating compliance document trackers for renters, making sure that all paperwork and operational specifications are fulfilled.
• Building and preserving solid business ties with renters to improve cooperation and create chances for additional assets.
• Creating and maintaining a tenant database to provide more effective and convenient contact.
• Monitoring performance and sales statistics, as well as other operational tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in retail, tenants’ relationship or sales related field. To succeed in this role you need to deliver consistent work results and demonstrate focus on constant operational improvement. You will use logic and systematic reasoning when approaching tenants related problems and be able to confidently and professionally communicate with all levels in the organization. You will be proficient with MS Office, email and phone etiquette and be comfortable working on multiple projects within a complex organization.
